You are in charge of maintaining access. Please leave an adequate space clear for us if your skip is going to be placed on the road.
It is not necessary for you to be inside if we have access. Marking the location of the skip is helpful in this situation.
Each skip needs to be loaded evenly at the top. Any overloading could lead to us refusing to accept the skip, and there would be a minimum additional fee of £50 (subject to change) for an empty journey.
Send us an email at customer-support@wastemanagex.co.uk to place an exchange order and include the skip's dimensions. To exchange any skip, all we need is your postcode and order number, and we should be able to do it in less than 48 hours.
Please send us an email at customer-support@wastemanagex.co.uk to terminate the service. You will be given the choice to either reschedule or receive a refund when cancelling. Please be aware that there is a cancellation fee of £50 for the refund.
